The Project:

The project is implemented with the support of the European Union and co-financed by the Hungarian State.

The objective of the project is to develop an advanced, graph-based IT infrastructure management platform that enhances the efficiency of network management and automation through the application of Artificial Intelligence and Knowledge Graph technologies.

The new system is capable of mapping infrastructure elements and their relationships in real-time, thereby supporting rapid troubleshooting and optimized operations. In addition to the central knowledge-graph-based database, the platform provides real-time monitoring, vendor-agnostic operation, and a Low Code development environment.

A key highlight of the development is the AI-based network assistant, which answers questions in natural language, provides configuration suggestions, and generates automated solutions. Utilizing graph-based machine learning, the system can predict failures and identify network bottlenecks.

As a result of the project, a scalable, intelligent, and vendor-independent solution will be created, contributing to the increased efficiency of digital operations and the strengthening of corporate competitiveness.
